Vipassana

V ipassana meditation is one of the most fundamental Tibetan Buddhist practices.  Believed to be started by Guatama Buddha, Vipassana is the practice of self-inspection and self-observation.  Often translated into English as “insight meditation,” Vipassana often helps people to see their true nature.

Vipassana helps me to become more aware of myself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.  As I continue to practice Vipassana meditation, I learn more and more about the true nature of myself and my suffering.  The practice of self-awareness helps me in everyday life.  I am able to snap back to my spiritual practice faster the more I practice.  Read my blogs in the Vipassana category to learn about my experiences.
